International Wealth Manager
This position will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of international clients with a focus on investment advisory, client servicing and business development.
Cross Border Wealth is a U.S.-based, SEC-registered global investment advisory firm specializing in cross-border financial planning and investment management for U.S.-connected individuals worldwide.
Headquartered in New York, with offices across the United States, Asia, and soon in Europe, we advise globally mobile professionals, executives, and families navigating U.S. retirement assets, international considerations, and long-term wealth strategy across jurisdictions.
We are hiring a Private Wealth Relationship Manager | International Wealth Manager to assume responsibility for an assigned portfolio of international client relationships. The focus is on investment advisory, client servicing and business development.
This is a relationship-led advisory role designed for experienced professionals such as:
- Private bankers
- Wealth managers
- Senior relationship managers
- Investment advisors
Core Responsibilities
Investment Oversight
- Implement and monitor model-based portfolios aligned to client objectives
- Coordinate with the investments team on complex allocation or strategy
- Ensure portfolios are consistent with firm's risk and investment guidelines
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as primary advisor for an assigned portfolio of international clients
- Lead structured review meetings and maintain relationship continuity
- Maintain a high-caliber client experience aligned with firm standards
Referral-Based Growth
- Convert internally referred prospects into long-term advisory relationships
- Contribute to net new asset growth within the assigned segment
- Collaborate with senior advisors for seamless client transition
Client Experience & Coordination
- Partner with Client Services to deliver responsive, high-quality support
- Coordinate operational workflows and custodian-related processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records
Qualifications
Required
- Client-facing experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory
- Ability to independently manage advisory relationships
- Strong investment discussion capability (asset allocation, retirement planning, portfolio review)
- Professional-level English fluency
- Strong organization, follow-through, and ownership mindset
Licensing Requirement
- Candidates must hold (or be eligible to obtain) U.S. securities licensing (Series 65 or equivalent).
Preferred
- Experience working with internationally based orcross-border clients
- Familiarity with U.S. retirement plans (401(k),IRA, rollovers)
- CFP®, ChFC®, or similar designation (or inprogress)
Pay Range and Benefits
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based incentives (including conversion of referred prospects and net new assets)
- Monthly compensation range: ₱100,000 – ₱250,000 (based on experience and licensing)
