International Financial Advisor US | International Investment Advisor
This position will be responsible for developing new client relationships and managing existing clients U.S.-based clients with U.K. and other foreign pensions.

Headquartered in New York, with offices across the United States and Asia, we help globally mobile clients navigate the complexities of investing, tax planning, and wealth management across jurisdictions.
As part of our continued international expansion, we are seeking an International Financial Advisor | International Investment Advisor to join our Pittsburgh, U.S. office and support the growth of our specialized advisory platform.
International Financial Advisor Job Description and Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients via phone, Teams, email, and digital platforms
- Conduct meetings and assess clients’ financial and retirement planning needs
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Develop referral relationships and long-term client partnerships
- Analyze and review clients’ existing financial positions and retirement accounts
- Explain private U.K. pensions, rollover options, and cross-border considerations clearly and accurately
- Recommend compliant, relevant cross-border investment and planning solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant U.S., U.K. and international regulations
- Work closely with administrative and operations teams to onboard new clients
- Support ongoing client servicing and relationship management
- Ensure a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and client satisfaction
International Financial Advisor Qualification and Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of client-facing and sales experience in financial services
- Strong background in financial planning, investment sales, or advisory services
- Excellent phone and virtual communication skills
- High ethical standards and strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
- Professional-level English fluency
- Series 65 license (or ability to obtain)
- CFP® or CHFC® designation
- Experience with U.K. private pensions
- International or cross-border advisory experience
- Existing transferable book of business (not required, but a plus)
